Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was enormous with a queen-sized bed and great facilities, making it a very comfortable, clean, and modern space. Peter, the silver-haired hotel manager, was super helpful and made us feel very welcomed. However, if you want a room with a view, make sure to order a room with an iconic view.
I found the hotel to be more of a four-star than a five-star, and the price seemed a bit high for what was offered. The room I received was not exactly as booked, but it was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The hotel offers lovely and spacious rooms with easy access to facilities and a great location, though surrounded by construction work during my stay. The service was exceptional, despite some noise disturbances approved by hotel management. The dining options were satisfactory, with a particularly delightful continental breakfast. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a cool hangout spot. Overall, a modern and convenient hotel.
The hotel offers well-appointed rooms that are spacious and as clean as they come, equipped with a bathroom big enough for an entire family. The staff working in close proximity to the rooms add some nice little extras to the excellent room appointments.
The hotel was clean and loved the funky modern feel. Peter, the silver-haired hotel manager, is a cool, laid-back guy who made me and my partner feel very welcomed. Thanks, guys! The rooms were spotless but a bit dusty. The staff were very helpful and kind but to the point some people can feel surrounded by over-excited and happy individuals. The location is great as the old city is within walking distance, and all trams are just 1-2 minutes away. The dining options had good value for money, although some may find it expensive. Overall, I recommend this hotel for travelers to Amsterdam. A bit noisy due to tiredness, but you could easily walk to tourist attractions without transportation.
The hotel room was much bigger than your average hotel room and very nicely decorated with the most comfortable bedding ever. I really liked the way the bathroom was set up with a separate toilet and shower compartment. However, it can get a little noisy inside the room.
The hotel was spectacular, from the comfort of the king bed to the waterfall shower and bathrobes, making my stay in Amsterdam 5. The rooms are very spacious with a perfect modern design, well decorated, and interesting. The service was mega helpful and friendly at all times, with well-trained staff paying attention to every detail. The location is superb, close to all the main areas like Dam square, the main shopping street, and the red light district, and also near the central station and bus tour office. The dining experience was super, with short waiting times and good food. My three-day stay priced at £600.00 plus was worth it for the price, although could have been more well-lit. The hotel offered complimentary bread, adding a nice touch to the dining experience.
The hotel has a prime location right in front of the central station, making it easy to access all the main sights. The lovely staff welcomes you warmly, although the rooms are basic and lack some amenities. The dining experience is tasty but could have more variety. The overall value for money is good, especially given the convenient location.
